2. Additional Terms & Conditions
● Rates are valid from 01 June 2026 to 30 November 2026 and are subject to room availability. Contracted bookings confirmed during the validity period will be honored at the agreed rates.
● All Taxes & fees are included in the rates.
● Hotel Check in & Check out Policy: Check in time is 2.00 PM & check out time would be 11.00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs would be subject to availability and at an extra charge.
● Breakfast is included in the Bed & Breakfast rates and is served daily from 8.30 am to 11.00 am, Early breakfast and packed breakfast available upon request
● Children and Extra Bed Policy: 0–5 years: Free, 6–11 years: 50% meal supplement, 12+ years: Adult rate
● Extra Person Rate: $10 per night
● Parking: Free parking is available on site (reservation is needed)
· Driver / Guide Policy, Complimentary driver accommodation subject to availability. Driver meals available at special rates.
● Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
1. Booking Process & Cancellation Policy
50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be settled at least 14 days before arrival.
