Terms & Conditions
PrimeStay Management
Welcome to PrimeStay Tours. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized partners.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment (minimum 50% of the total package cost).
The balance payment must be settled before or at the start of the tour/service.
2. Payments
Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment gateway, or any other method specified by PrimeStay Tours.
All payments are accepted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or US Dollars (USD).
Customers are responsible for any bank or transfer charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be communicated to PrimeStay Tours in writing (email/official form).
Cancellation charges:
More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund (less bank charges).
15–30 days before arrival: 50% of total booking retained.
Less than 15 days before arrival / No-show: 100% of total booking retained.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 21 working days.
4. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
Services included in each tour/activity are clearly mentioned on the website or itinerary.
Items not listed (e.g., personal expenses, tips, insurance, additional meals, visa fees, entrance fees where not specified) are excluded unless agreed otherwise.
5. Changes & Amendments
PrimeStay Tours reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to weather, safety, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, alternatives of equal or higher value will be provided.
6. Travel Documents & Insurance
Guests are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits, and travel insurance.
PrimeStay Tours strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical, cancellation, baggage, and accident).
7. Liability & Responsibility
PrimeStay Tours acts as a tour operator and may work with third-party hotels, transport providers, and activity operators.
We are not liable for injuries, losses, delays, or damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, political unrest, government restrictions, or third-party negligence.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and conduct during the tour.
8. Special Requests
Any dietary requirements, medical conditions, or special requests must be informed at the time of booking.
While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee all requests.
9. Transport & Activities
All vehicles and drivers provided by PrimeStay Tours are licensed and insured as per Sri Lankan regulations.
Adventure and activity bookings (e.g., whale watching, safaris, diving, etc.) are undertaken at the guest’s own risk. Safety instructions from operators must be strictly followed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
